A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."
Q: How is an Order Placed?
A: Order Placed or Received means: When your
sketch or
photo of how you would like your
design to appear has been
RECEIVED by E-Mail or through U.S. Mail and is ready for Set-Up.
Q: How much is the Set-Up fee?
A: A $20.00 set-up fee will be required BEFORE! work begins. (If not CAMERA READY!)
If your design is CAMERA READY, (will only need to be RESIZED) no set-up fee is required.
Q: When are Set-Up fee's required?
A: NO FEES ARE REQUIRED UNTIL AMC HAS CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER AND
AN AGREEMENT HAS BEEN MADE BY A CALL, E-MAIL OR U.S. MAIL.
Q: What happens to my Photo, Logo or Graphic when sent to you?
A: Although we take great care in protecting your personal property, we CANNOT be responsible
for matters out of our control.
If ORIGINALS (Logos, Graphics or Photos etc.) are used, we will Delete or Mail them back to
you after the process is complete.
